Pros

Best products on the market. If you stick it out, 3 plus years you can make good money. Great reward trip if you make your goals.

Cons

Products two to three times as expensive as the competition. Company has a bad reputation for poor customer service. They only pay $300 a month to cover your expenses, which doesn't even cover gas. They didn't believe in taking time off ask to work Christmas Eve, day after Thanksgiving, etc. I could go on and on, if $50k a year is a lot of money to you it's a good job. If not, stay away.

Pros

Certified Labs is a company that employs over 400 reps nationwide. Each and every rep has an opportunity to make whatever living they choose to make. Income is uncapped. The product line we sell is one that is going to offer the customer the highest value in the industry and that is indisputable. The in territory training received for a rep who starts with the company equates to approximately 50 days within the first year which is tops in the B to B world. We have a seemingly endless supply of prospects to choose from in countless different industries. If you bring an A+ attitude and go to work every day, you will not be allowed to fail. Our senior management team averages over 20 years in the business, have all been territory sales reps and are only promoted from within. Finally we have almost half of our full time salesforce with more than 2 years experience make a six figure income. Those who don't, choose to make less due to comfort.

Cons

If you are looking for a route sales job that is simply maintaining a territory and order taking, this probably isn't the position for you. If you are looking for a predominantly non-commission based opportunity, this isn't the position for you. If you cannot work independently and follow a CRM, this isn't the job for you. If you are not confident in your ability to sell and bet on yourself, this isn’t the job for you. If you are not willing to start your day early when our customers are available, this isn’t the job for you.
