A bit vague at first about how everything works, until they know you're going to be there long term.

Work/life balance is unmatched. I go where I want, when I want. Management doesn’t micromanage if you’re productive. Uncapped commissions.

Cons

Expense allowance is pitiful. Flat rate for gas, novelties, devices, etc.

Great company - not the best training

Pros

Awesome opportunity. Once you have your book of business which takes about 2 years, money will flow in.

Cons

Not the best training and they don’t have the best expense reimbursement. After a while they will require you get new accounts in order to reimburse $300. However I will say if you’re making 10-5k a month sometimes that doesn’t really matter unless you overspend and put too many miles on your vehicle.
