Amazing leadership and training. They invest heavily in their employee development as long as you perform

Lots of empty promises, large territory, poor work/life balance, insane expenses (you’re responsible for your own vehicle, fuel, insurance, etc) they cap reimbursement on expenses and will pull the plug if you don’t hit targets
