Pros

The sky is the limit! Great training program. Proven to be the best products on the market

Not really a bad thing, although they do not have a ton of brand recognition because retail is not their market.

During the interview they told me I would have an established territory of customers. This is false every customer I had was obtained by cold calling. They say you can make your own schedule yet they want you to cold call on at least 15 places per day and want you to work from 7 am to 5 pm. I felt completely tricked in the interview after only working a few weeks. I was under the impression that I was the only rep in my area yet in my first week ran into several places that were already customers of the company with other sales reps. There were two others in my area. It seems like they only care about numbers and the more shots you take you are bound to get a sale. Most of all I have been gone from the company for 7 months and still have not been paid my last commission check… they keep coming up with excuses and I gave them a chance but once again LIES that’s why I and writing this.

Pros

've been working full time with Certified Labs since the start of 2016 in a sales position. I can say the job isn't for everyone. There is definitely an opportunity to have an easy career and be compensated well but you will have to put in work, especially in the first 6 months. The job requires you to talk to people from all kinds of backgrounds and you really have to be able to adept to a lot of different personalities and situations. If you are the kind of person that likes each day to have a little different flavor and you are not afraid of hard work this is a great place to work. Management is responsive and only wants you to succeed. If you are willing to take advice from them and be intentional in applying what you learn you will have success. If you do even more and spend some of your own efforts to learn and develop you will be exceptional.
