Many of the people working there have been there for many years.
Cons
The company is owned by a capital investment company. Tim Beres, CEO, is way out of his element. He conned his way into the job and is going to run the company into the ground. He was part of Cirus controls, a 4 mil a year company, and is running the $50 mil+ larger company like that. He come from the printing industry and lacks and fluid power knowledge. His missteps have cost the company. Used to be able to deliver products in a timely manner but no longer. He got rid of most people who have knowledge and replaced them with lackies.
