      Pros

      Good support from their vendors. Thank God! People are nice.... until....

      Cons

      They do not train you... like at all!!! Then expect expert results and now! If you don't, you are disposable. No ownership over their lack of training. They do not listen to employees when they have ideas or suggestions. It goes to the waste side. They rely on their veteran salespeople and don't allow the new guys to get into the gruff of it so they can learn.

      Pros

      Dedicated and knowledgeable staff, always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Hydraulics expertise is hard to find and Certified Power has many talented people who know how to solve the customers problems.

      Cons

      New management does not value current workforce or their skills. No real leadership or direction coming from the top. This is a topic discussed by all levels and at all locations.
