Cons

Most positions here require a 'self starter' mentality If you are the type of person who likes your day planned for you or come in at 8a and leave a 5p, Certona might not fit what you are looking for

Pros

In my opinion, Certona is an excellent company to be a part of. Lots of learning, great product, and amazing group of employees in all departments. If you like to learn on a daily basis from e-Commerce experts, like to ask questions, like to proactively contribute to a leader in Omnichannel Personalization & E-Commerce, then Certona is right for you. Certona is experiencing massive growth and is on course to greater success in the years ahead.

Cons

Like all companies experience growth, there are processes and internal systems that can be improved. Nonetheless, i look at these as opportunities to contribute and create scalable solutions to foster growth and ideas.
