Pros

Good people to work with. Certona a great stepping stone if you need a job ASAP.

Cons

No support from management. Contract fees are determined seemingly at a whim resulting in many people wondering how the company makes any money to support employee salaries and overhead costs.

Pros

Certona is a health growing company. Overall, most employees are loyal and happy. There are a few negative people working at Certona that tend to spread negativity in the organization. To the employee below that has been working at Certona for 10 years and is miserable, I say move on! Take your bad attitude to another company. My guess is that you have already tried to find a new job and no one wants you.

Cons

Every job has pros and cons. Pros are far greater than cons.
