Great work life balance. Nice people to work with.

Cons

Was told that would get a bonus every year. I assumed it was based on performance. It is based on budget/sales. Sales could be more than last year, but if they budgeted sales to be 15% higher and sales were only 10% higher, then no bonus. Raises are pretty small across the board so don't take it personal when your raise is really little.
