      Pros

      Caring and supportive branch managers. Awesome company culture. Great pride is taken in working here no matter position. Christian based organization where everyone looks out for each other. We are like family. We offer competitive service to our customers which really makes us stand out from our competitors. Company offers amazing benefits including generous paid time off, very decent and affordable healthcare and 401k

      Cons

      Company could use a good amount of improvement in payroll. Starting pay is industry norm but I feel like they could give us better rates. Also I feel raises and employee evaluations should be more specifically clear especially in the employee handbook. Hopefully that will be worked on soon!

      Pros

      Great people if you are in the right "crowd" of people. the people are the main reason i have stayed so long, but it is time for a move. I have moved up in this company because i have been resilient with my efforts in trying to progress as an individual but have been held back due to how small of a business and family operated it is. Mark Chadwell and Steven Chadwell are the bees knees and have looked out for me. Warehouse side of things are amazing!! Best team around!

      Cons

      High school type of drama, everyone knows your business weather it be from stalking your page on Facebook or just listening into your conversations. As a sales rep i get treated as like i am a customer service rep when i am pulling in thousands of dollars in revenue for the company, but due to pay structure I am still under paid and they DO NOT offer commissions as sales reps. Not even a bonus structure for reaching and beating your weekly and monthly goals.

      Best company in the country

      Pros

      The culture is second to none—think Chic-Fil-A and Publix. No matter how far down the chain you are, you and your opinion matter. From the owner at one of our conferences: ‘Keys to success in order: 1. God 2. Your Family 3. Chadwell Supply. While God or religion is absolutely never pushed on you, it’s embraced. If there are any bad reviews, it’s from disgruntled former employees that more than likely will not be happy anywhere. I feel like I’m cheating at life every day I get to work for the Chadwell’s. My family and I could not be more grateful for the company they have built and allowed us to be a part of. After 1 year, it’s only gotten better.

      Cons

      All aspects of life things will not be perfect, but I promise, this is as good as it gets.
