This company is a family owned & operated business that is growing by leaps & bounds. It's exciting to be a part of the growth & success of this family business. This company feels like family & they aren't afraid to show it. People care about their coworkers & are willing to go above & beyond to help each other.

Cons

Because this company is growing so quickly, policies, procedures, & best practices are often not implemented until a small issue has become a major problem. Often times, the changes made can look like knee-jerk reactions & therefore, are not implemented smoothly. Communication is also not where it needs to be, but I believe that's due to how quickly the company is growing. Important information is not shared in an efficient manner. New information is shared in a half-hazard, incomplete, &/or unclear manor.

Thank you for your review! You are so right that the fast pace leads us to "put out fires" rather than solve the root cause sometimes. We are working on some technology to help us all to be more connected to what is going on around the company. It's a family owned business with all the good parts and bad parts that comes with family owned businesses

Pros

Great company as far as benefits and opportunities go. Management is very nice and building is well maintained.

Cons

Misleading. I thought I was doing a great job and never heard I was NOT doing good and then a month in was let go because I wasn’t a “good fit” for the role… no explanation or even an opportunity to do better. For being a company that is very open about their faith they definitely didn’t display any sort of grace or second chance. Disappointing and felt gas lighted by direct boss.My boss was also new to managing and it showed. She was very disorganized with training and didn’t go over her expectations as a manger. Everything was left for your own interpretation.
