they blindside you about everything, then be it work, training or any other job responsibilities. Management is the WORST in the industry. Leadership sucks. Higher Management behaves like entitled brats. Challenge does not allow people to be even friends at work.

Good company with good benefits weekly pay

Good overall communication they want u to learn and grow they take care of employees who do right by the company as we are a esop so quality and consistent is key. Show them your serious performance attendance and friendliness all is Important. Its not a dead end job weekly pay is a plus great benefits. Tenure esop contributions health care gold plan js amazing total deductible is decent. Alot of 100% covered stuff

Cons

Barely above livable wage. Very cliquish work environment alot of tenure and family relationships etc within work place. So be careful of how you behave and who you talk too. Depending on the department your supervisors are quick to show you your not a favorite or you are. But also tenure above all determines if your gonna stay or get sent home when work is low due to strikes. Certain plants arent union but you’ll still be affected just the same might as-well have union guarantees so when you get sent home the union gives u something while your able to go get back to work.

Ended up learning basics in the controls field here.

Cons

Terrible management, forced controls engineering staff to work every other weekend without pay or compensation while I worked. Only worked one weekend before I turned in my notice.
