      Great work experience. Clean environment. Good equipment.

      Cons

      Too many 84 hour weeks. Low pay. People that work there have poor hygiene.

      expectations set when they want to get rid of you not when they hire you

      none that I can think of; the pay stinks for the knowledge level they want

      Cons

      No commitment to safety, management gives the hourly people lip service only. They have no chance of becoming World Class. Communication is horrible. Leadership team treats you like crap if you do not have Manager and above with your title.
