      Nice benefits and ESOP option.

      Cons

      No chain of command. No communication/support across departments or on the executive level. Processes change in the blink of an eye with little input from affected departments.

      Great place to work at with lots of advancements in the company. Training is know hands on which is a great bonus for those just entering the Manufacturing world.
