Pros

Lots of new equipment, lots of OT to help pay the bills. Management and office staff help out on the floor to cover equipment during breaks and on weekends.

Cons

Need a better way to commune that our equipment is down than walking around to find a supervisor or maintenance person. Need to finish remodeling all of the bathrooms in the plant.

Weekly pay check steady hours it really sucks that they force over time even when you provide notice when you have an event to attend.

Cons

Feels like slave labor By Far The Worst Place I Have Ever Worked. I hope I can get out of here soon.

Pros

While there are not a lot of good things to say about this company, they have good health benefits and good people do work there.

Cons

Questionable business practices, terrible processes, inefficient operations, career advancements are in short supply, and the terrible stink of mediocrity. If you work here, you are sure to hear the sentence "this is the worst place I've ever worked".
