      Has had its ups and downs, but what do you expect from a plant that just launched?

      Pros

      People are friendly. Caring leadership. Competitive pay. Great benefits. Employee ownership program. Work environment is clean. Plant has great potential and is heading in the right direction.

      Cons

      No air-conditioning. They have put alot of fans up, but in some areas its not enough. Lots of hours. Some of the plant works 8 hour shifts and the rest works 11 hour shifts.
