Overtime availability is there if you dont have a life

Cons

They make you work 7 days a week, 12 hour shifts. No communication with upper management. They do what they want to, when they want to. HR makes up there own rules as they go according to how they feel and if they like you or not. Management is cut throat no matter what sacrifices you make for them. They truly dont are about there employees. If you voice your opinion your truly fired.

as long as you show up most likely they will never fire you plus all the over time you could ever want

Cons

had to deal with racist language my hilo trainer was drunk when he released me from training the bosses reward who they like and treat everyone else like a slave I would work 23 days in a row sometimes. I burned out I have no idea how I made it there for over five years
