      Pros

      working and teaching very smart students and parents are very nice.

      Cons

      The administration and the school environment is toxic. Teachers gang up against each other and the organization doesn’t mind. Life balance is horrible. The school needs to hire experienced and professional administrators and staffs to eliminate the toxic environment. More than ten teachers have quit within a year.

      - Very capable and well-mannered students - Clear, well-defined and carefully-constructed curriculum - Good leadership at the corporate level

      Cons

      - Very bad work/life balance; teachers will be expected to regularly work evenings and weekends to complete grading - Poor management at the campus level; no communication for months followed by a barrage of negative feedback, loyalty to organization questioned for asking to schedule PTO a month in advance, manager generally very unapproachable - Very low pay
