Some of the cons of working at Challenger are: -Unclear instructions by management -Micromanaging is rampant -Feedback is oftentimes vague -Seniority and reputation are taken into account more than work quality -Negative feedback is far more frequent than positive feedback and management rarely notices improvements and reactions -"Grunt work" is given to new employees without regard for skillset and job responsibilities -Job description and responsibilities can change without warning and seemingly randomly

Bad management

Pros

Loved the kids, they were my world.

Cons

Management is horrible, they don’t realize what’s going on at the school. Gossip, backbiting, horrible culture. Lehi office is the worst, they have no clue and don’t care about the kids, all they care about is money/tuition. The management doesn’t even understand their own moral code or political beliefs, they are so ignorant to what’s happening in class.

Pros

The curriculum is all setup for you, so lesson planning is fairly straightforward, as are materials and supplies available. Teaching children is always rewarding

Cons

Very unorganized management, lack of empathy and unappreciated, very difficult to get time off, very structured, tests are priority, little room for creativity and games
