      Pros

      I might be biased because of where I'm coming from, but this work environment is an absolute dream. Open environment, passionate and friendly colleagues, lots of collaboration. Most importantly, they're consistently trying to improve on things that work good to begin with, and things that require immediate improvement.

      Cons

      Open work environment takes some getting used to, but I'm quickly adapting.

      Pros

      The company invests in the future and its people, and it makes for an exciting place to work. Culture is great - people are happy here; it emanates from them when you walk around the office. The office building itself is amazing. The company really cares about its employees and treats us well. Work itself is fun - I'm surrounded by super bright and motivated people.

      Cons

      The cafe closes at 2 / coffee shop closes at 3 (literally the only cons I can think of)
