Most faculty at the North Brunswick site are hard and conscientious workers. They support one another and are dedicated to their students

Cons

Management is inept and not at all concerned about faculty satisfaction. They will work you into the ground and continue to ask for more. There is a culture of fear and multiple people have either left or been fired.

Benefits were decent, flexible scheduling, and plenty of challenging work to be done

Cons

Everything moves so fast that a lot of issues are not getting enough attention. There are internal opportunities, but it is very political. If you don't have a nursing degree, you are advised to work in another branch of the company if you would like advancement opportunity. There is a "christened by fire" type of orientation within the organization, meaning there is a major lack of training available. Most training is job shadowing with someone else in the same role. "Duties as assigned" results in employees taking on way more than they are expecting.
