Pros

- You get a large amount of time off and paid holidays. You also have the option to purchase an additional 5 days of PTO during open enrollment each year. - Everyone I've encountered has been super helpful and friendly - You don't have to work evenings or weekends unless overtime is being offered, and even then it's totally up to you if you want to work overtime.

Cons

- Understaffed, and sometimes have hiring freezes - Due to being understaffed you're typically overworked - Not much room for promotions
