They want you to do your job, and three other peoples jobs at the same time. Then complain that you aren’t doing it as fast as the three people you singlehandedly replaced

Employees are nice/friendly, decent vacation time/holidays, health benefits, casual Fridays, summer flex hours, bonus potential.

Cons

Corporate office departments are VERY lean with the exception of Accounting/Finance. Internal Audit had 1 employee running the show for 6 months, IT/HR are lean with all new employees. Turnover is huge! No 401k match
