Good with making sure you only work 40 hours, because they are low on orders. The only good part is not working weekends

Cons

Management is terrible, zero communication between managers and their employees.

*Schedule is great. *There is a buzzer during break and lunch breaks *Team effort...everyone works, everyone breaks. As a team *you make friends with co-workers easy

Cons

*Disrespectful workers make work difficult *Some people are right out of jail, about to go into jail, or should be in jail. *Very similar to high school (alot of cliques) *some of the management could probably do their jobs a little better.

There are none besides the fact you are employed.

Cons

They don’t care who you are or how good you are at your job they will move you to a new section where you know nothing after you proved yourself worthy of doing your job correctly. Its all about nepotism.
