Leadership Team is readily available and approachable. CEO leads with empathy. Great market opportunity. Effective, nimble, small/mid size team culture. Meaningful work. Convenient downtown Seattle HQ.

Cons

Somewhat disorganized. New hires do not undergo formal company / cross department training. Miscommunication. Internal systems needs improvement. No bonuses.
