Poor treatment by Management.

Pros

Excellent Benefits. I wish they would do random drug testing on ALL employes. I wish I could share more positive news about this company but there are none.

Cons

Management is based on a Buddy Buddy system. Upper management has NO experience or knowledge as to how to run a facility. Lack of communication in all departments.

Chapman chain is good to their employees but still not a fully family own business.

Cons

Company was consistent but it started changing and now there seems to be too many changes that do not benefit its employees
