      Great managers and leadership, they will help you succeed and teach you how to sell even with no experience at all. They will help you sell and will work with your costumer until you get a deal.

      Cons

      It takes time to get the rails of it, you won’t make much money the first few months, even as a high performer. You’ll work long hours.
