Management is accommodating to diverse schedules. Willing to make adjustments for employees.

Cons

Sexist service department. Management does not pay women fair in similar positions as men, even if the women have been there longer. Upper and middle management is influenced by favoritism. If they like you then you can excel, if they are simply indifferent about you then you will be completely stuck (no skill progression and no raises)
