The pay wasn't terrible and the people were pretty nice

Cons

Poor PTO plan, micro-managers, don't give you basic benefit information prior to first day and unequal treatment of employees.

Pros

They do not micro manage. They allow you to do basically whatever you want to do until you make a mistake. Health insurance is cheap and they have an onsite nurse that costs nothing out of pocket.

Cons

miserable working conditions (noisy, hot in summer and cold in winter, filthy environment), low wages (with periodic pay cuts without your knowledge), horrible treatment from management, and little appreciation or reward for your talents, ethics, or achievements.

Pros

Good incentive programs, more work than other BMW stores in the Phoenix metro area. Nice newer facility that has an air conditioned shop. Good service manger and shop foremans.

Cons

Poor dispatching system, seems to be easily manipulated and many technicians have learned how to see what is bieng dispatched and when. Too much paperwork, should really subscribe to MPI edge or a similar program to help keep everyone, especially the customers on the same page.
