You are given the bare minimum paid time off required by law. The company will force you to use any PTO you have if you call out for any reason. If you leave early for a dentist appointment they will take a half day of PTO if you have any left. There is no type of annual review process or raises. Expect to make the same thing you were hired at years down the road. You will be expected to attend all kinds of meetings and training for which you won't be compensated for as a flat rate technician. Hourly employees can stay on the clock, but flat rate gets nothing. Management over staffs techs so they can get work done quickly ,but it results in huge amounts of downtime sitting around making no money. If you do have more than one car waiting expect to be threatened with more techs being hired if "you guys don't want to work". Avoid this place at all cost if you are a technician. Turnover rate is crazy. They treat workers like less than humans while managers drive around in 100k sports cars and half million dollar RVs.

Hours can be long. Work life balance can be a struggle.
