Pros

The experience and knowledge you get is world class there. You meet some real textbook technicians.

Cons

They complicate working on a car. Especially warranty work (OLH, I'm looking at you) Get prepared to get called an idiot on a daily. Toxic work environment. Management says a lot of sweet nothings when they ask about you.

Ehh parts discount is about the only thing

Cons

No work life balance. Barely any paid time off and required to work way to many hours for crappy pay. Not enough work for flat rate employees to make it worth it. Makes it minimum wage.

Personable management. All the guys in the sales tower are like able.

Cons

They will screw you out of bonuses when they can. Hours are INSANE for salesman. The discrepancy between top salesmen and lower salesmen is immense. The top salesmen do very well. There was one salesmen when I was there who broke 100k, while the not-so-adept salesmen were working 50-65 hours while only raking in 2k a month.
