-They will try and find every way to cut corners, sadly it is usually your pay. -Will say they have high-quality operations, but when it comes down to it they spend about $5 on things so they can keep senior management pay the same even though the company is dying. -Will actively sell faulty products to customers. -Have no respect for one another or the bottom line. -Salesmen treat everyone else like crap. -Management does not talk, only lecture and reprimand. -Egotistical attitudes create a toxic work environment where everyone is rude

Long hours, they expect you to work as long as it takes to get everything done. "Hours on door do not apply to employees " even though you already work 10hrs a day. Plus Saturdays. Lots of micro-management processes take up alot of production time.
