During some part of the season is this will be slow so therefore our paychecks reflected that despite how hard we would still work

Strong team culture. Typical benefits of high performance selling at a dealership.

Cons

Management is not ethical. They actively condone screwing over customers. Look at their social media and BBB to see how they behave. But there are other dealerships you can sell at, too, in the Phoenix metroplex.
