Positive employment experience and a good company to be employed with.

Pros

Family owned and operated business. Good sized company for not being a stock option company. Compensation is good and great benefits and 401k. Not a lot of room for advancement; tends to be limited to individual dealerships.

Cons

Management tends to be a little short sighted. Lack of consistent training available to lower levels of employees. Uniformity is lacking from dealership to dealership; they tend to let each general manager do what they want as long as they are profitable, which can potentially backfire.

Excellent Benefits. I wish they would do random drug testing on ALL employes. I wish I could share more positive news about this company but there are none.

Cons

Management is based on a Buddy Buddy system. Upper management has NO experience or knowledge as to how to run a facility. Lack of communication in all departments.
