Pros

Great people to work with and most department managers seem like good people and will talk to you even if they are limited on what they can do for you.

Cons

Disconnected upper management from GM's up on what is really going on in there business. They have no interest in having any interaction with there employees or taking feedback.

Terrible management so everyone does what they want. pay is ok. Co workers are friendly for the most part.

Terrible management. lack of leadership and no respect for employees.
