Pros

Great management, training opportunities, and culture. Meaningful work and clear vision. Lots of support and experts to lean on for help and guidance.

Cons

At the time the legal department was over extended reviewing contracts, but I've heard they've corrected the issue.

Amazing benefits, culture, management. Some of the other TSEs can be lazy, though.

Provide better training for TSEs for other products (DC, third party, etc)

- many opportunities available from product to sales and everything in between - constantly challenging growth as the products being created are revolutionizing the EV industry and how Autos view customers - start-up culture enables ease of lateral and vertical collaborations - REMOTE WORK!! - good work-life balance

Cons

- benefits package is not competitive yet - no 401k matching
