      Product is good, team is good, bt management is one of the worst since the new CTO came in. A not so good place to work.

      Pros

      You will love the CP product. Its simple without much complexities. You get free hand to do what you want to. You can experiment on technology if you are savvy. Salary better in Indian MNC terms. And the flexibility of working hours. But ..

      Cons

      You constantly are being peeped and reported about from various people. The CTO is interested in what other people think about you and that includes your driver and not what you are. Too much intrusion in your personal life. You may experiment but your ideas are accepted and dependent on whims of one person. And overall you will start to hate it. If you love programming this may not be the place because the product is quiet limited. If you are getting same package in a similar setup, go for that alternative.

      Pros

      ChargePoint is one of the few companies that does not have a lot of office politics. Personalities, yes, but we get to work with a lot of bright and talented people. Work life balance is crucial for many people - we have that here.

      Cons

      We are sometimes compared to "Google" when it comes to the benefits and perks. Nope, we are not like that company, we aren't anywhere the size of them either, but we do have an awesome culture and the perks we do have, we appreciate.
