Good culture , friendly atmosphere , open door policy , any one approach higher management anytime , appreciation for good /hard work Get to work on a totally futuristic domain of charging electric vehicles , making best optimized use of electricity for a win win situation, ranging from utility companies (generating electricity) to station owner , electric car driver and fleet owners...

1) worst company. 2) They will hire you with lots of false promises like Onsite, Cutting age technologies, flexi-timings, work from home. 3) HR has superpower in the company and her decisions are final verdict. 4) Director and some managers are worst. They will literally torture you. 5) hiring time salary will be change after joining. 6) Leads will left office at 4:00 pm and expect will you stay whole night in office. 7) no respect for the employee. 8) Patty politics. If you have good relation with HR you can get any benefits. 9) NO canteen in office. 10) more over If you coming from Big product,Captives companies OR even average company... after joining will understand what mistake you have done. 11) Don't confuse with Good reviews they are HR created review. 12) frequent lay off, no job security.
