Business Outlook
Pros
The business is very interesting and has potential to grow into something fantastic. There are some great people working there and it’s in a great location and is a really fun environment.
Cons
The leadership is very disorganized and there’s a huge lack of communication which creates a very difficult work environment. Also the person running their recruiting is just a nightmare I was told three different start dates and ended up supporting more people than I originally was told it definitely was much different than the described it was going to be and there’s a lot of internal gossip
