Pros

The only good part about ChargePoint was their benefits but the benefits started disappearing too.

Cons

Management turnover is constant — every six months there’s a new external leader with ‘fresh’ ideas that end up being the same recycled plans from the last person. Eventually, they burn out or leave. Territories are constantly shuffled, employees are laid off, and we’re repeatedly told things will improve ‘soon.’ They never do. In fact, it just keeps getting worse. Glad to finally have broken up with this toxic work environment.
