Good pay (before you realize what is required of you) Unlimited PTO (Before you realize it's virtually impossible to take time off and not fall very behind on your work)

Cons

Management has no clue of what front line employees go through, or most likely, do not care. The compensation (salary) seems amazing at first, until you realize just how much this company will bleed you dry of any life you have inside you. Zero room for advancement unless you kiss enough **** The company appears to be going nowhere as far as growth and profitability.

Don't remember seeing company values online, but not surprised if weren't any because it was the most toxic company I've worked for. Most of the higher ups are irresponsible, incompetent, and/or do not care about the employees. Some of them should have never been in a leadership position in the first place. Verbal abuse was common. Departments were silo'd and didn't trust each other. No work/life balance. High turnover rate. Toxic and traumatizing.
