A mess.

Pros

Lot of talent in the company and it operates at a large scale. Shame it's being wasted by disconnected and incompetent leadership.

Cons

Not so great compensation, working culture sucks. Expect to be pushed into late and early meetings. Leadership is disconnected and doesn't listen, just wants to push their vision through no matter what which kills morale and progress on important projects. Work and responsibilities are not spread evenly. Exhausting internal politics, manipulative management... Just stay away from this sinking ship.

Disappointing Experience Overall

Pros

There are great people who work here and there is a good outlook for the company overall. RSUs are a needed bonus since there is no 401k match.

Cons

Leadership does not care about their employees and they are untrustworthy. They lie time and time again about initiatives, how things will eventually get better, how there is going to be transparency with commission checks and what employees are paid. My most recent goal increased over 400% on a package plan, meaning no ability to increase already low pay for the amount sold and time put in. Complete dishonesty from being hired and what my suggested package payment would be compared to what they actually pay. In addition, the company has no cohesion between different departments, leadership, or what message is being delivered to customers. We are constantly offering significantly discounted pricing that is all subjective based on the customer and certain employees. The company culture is to ignore customers if it doesn’t add dollars to our bottom line. There is a ton of overlap between sales verticals (fleet, auto, commercial, SLED) and a lot of “gray areas” that leads to unfair practices and others claiming and being paid for your work. My personal reputation is tarnished due to the overabundance of issues and unresolved support tickets that go unaddressed due to the company being severely understaffed for the amount of work expected. Last, the turnover is extremely high and there is zero work life balance. It’s not possible with the overload of emails, customer support, internally chasing people around for answers, and other expectations daily.
