Pros

- Get to work with very smart people - Very faced paced environment depending on function - Lots of areas to explore and grow in - Get to work on unique products and in a new and emerging market

Cons

- Very chaotic, lack of structure and organization in company. Other teams sometimes pick up the slack for other groups. - Some individuals can be toxic and too demanding - Operates "startup like" even though company is not in a startup phase anymore - Some job functions can be very demanding and overwhelming - Not enough resources or internal support to perform job functions without feeling overworked at times - Pay is low when compared to other tech companies. Company relies heavily on Vested Stock Options rather than incrementing yearly salary to appease employee compensation - No 401k matching or retirement plans/options - High turnover rates
