The company is growing fast which means lots of opportunity to grow with it. Management is helpful and available. Results oriented culture which provides flexibility so long as you're fulfilling your responsibilities. Plus, the people are friendly and fun to work with. This company has a lot of potential.

Cons

The parking is not ideal.

Very flexible with work schedules and time off. Definitely works with you when needed. People are very friendly and helpful learning the ropes.

Cons

Downtown can be a hard commute and the stairs to the office can be a pain. Location is a little rough.

Great opportunity to work for a tech startup that hasn’t gone public yet. Huge opportunity to make a lot of money and fun people to work with. Best part is an awesome product, all clients get super excited with the Real-Time Resolution product since they are first to market with solution. Don’t tolerate slackers so great work environment and a lot of Go-Getters. Lot of flexibility!

Cons

Benefits are phenomenal for single person, family plan more expensive then some other tech companies but still great coverage
