Pros
- Excellent Work life Balance. - Engaging projects/Interesting work. - Execs and managers that are engaged and revved up about personal and company growth. - Realistic projects and goals. - Generous time PTO system. A little over a year ago, the company went under new management, I started right at that transition and you could really see the impact the former CEO had on people, it wasn't good. It's been a steady awesome ride up with a really engaged team and lots of positive growth.
Cons
Honestly the only con I can think of is benefits could be a touch cheaper but the coverage is good. I expect this will continue to improve over time.
