Pros

It's a community health center, you are helping people who may otherwise go without healthcare. There has been some change in management, which should be for the better.

Cons

There is one upper level manager who is a very vindictive, angry woman. If she decides you are the enemy, she will make your career miserable

Pros

I loved coming in each day and working with the population of patients we get, but the amount of work is too much for what we get paid. We can get more money working at Target with half the stress. If we got paid more, I would have stayed. Charles Drew Health Center needs to value, and in turn compensate, its hardworking employees better. We're just numbers to leadership.

Cons

Not fair pay for all the work we do and constant understaffing issues. Due to lack of pay.
