Pros

Charles Drew is a great company to work for it offers great benefit package including 100/% vestment in your 401K plan, competitive salary, fitness center on site, doctors, dentist, and nutritionist to assist you. Just a fun friendly environment.

Cons

The down sides of working at Charles Drew are few, I actually have to contemplate for a while to come up with an answer. The down side would be is that one could sometimes be exposed to illness from patience coming in because it is a health center.
