Pros
Good networking opportunities and you're given a lot of responsibilities that enhance your resume and background. It's a great stepping stone to other opportunities.
Cons
Pay doesn't match market standards and the benefits are not enough to make up for this. Their benefits are similar to most other financial services and consulting firms. Promotions rarely amount to better pay so there is no incentive to do "more." When team members quit they are not replaced, but their work gets divided among other members on the team, resulting in overworked and underpaid employees. A lot of my colleagues were smart and worked hard but everyone started quitting because the total compensation didn't make sense to them.
