      Only a handful of the employees are great people to work with.

      Cons

      - technology only works about 40% of the time. - the lab itself is unsafe and does not meet osha or fda standards in any way. - supervisors gaslight employees that they are doing something incorrectly when the supervisors set it up incorrectly. - microscheduled like crazy which leads to little/no lunch time or free time. - rescheduling multiple times a day even 5 minutes before a task. -upper management has no clue what’s going on in the lab and does walk through a maybe once a quarter. - management also refuses to fix any really issues and tends to cover it up with a bandaid. -in life is expected to do almost all of the other departments jobs while also expected to work weekends, last minute off hours, and bend your hours to fit the needs of scheduling.
