      Great people, great and engaging science

      Cons

      No advancement options, especially for women. After 5 years of work, I was not promoted at all, despite excellent work product and excellent annual reviews. I have a PhD. Men around me were promoted with less time served. Needless to say, I quite to find roles with better career trajectory.
